Our Goal Auntie Nicki’s Kitchen has big dreams and aspiring goals. We are focused on making the dreams of our ‘Lil Chefs’ broaden as we inspire them with simple principals and encourage them to strive for the highest and never settle for mediocrity.
While playing a part in the enhancement after school programs we plan on bringing our simple philosophies to every school that welcomes our tools. Our plan is to reach out to every child that has a desire or dream to cook and willing to learn how to do it while having fun. These programs will offer students the opportunity to receive an abbreviated version of our classes and learn to prepare simple, healthy items or recipes they can make anywhere and anytime.
We also are planning on building relationships with our local churches as we incorporate our cooking classes into the week schedule of each hosting church for neighborhood students and parishioners of that church. These programs would offer the full 12-week curriculum schedule as well as themed events with the church.
Finally, we envision Auntie Nicki’s Kitchen to reach other states and build to our master plan in our own school. We envision having a scholarship fund planned for children who complete our courses as well as underprivileged children that would like to attend a culinary schools or a college of their choice.
Auntie Nicki’s Kitchen is exploding with ideas and excited to give all we have to give to our ‘Lil Chefs’. We believe we offer life tools that are marked as another form of SUCCESS, as we live and teach to each one to “WORK IN EXCELLENCE”!
